BizMic is a Software Development Company that builds and provides technology solutions. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Services
- Interfere with system security or performance
5. AI-Powered Features
BizMic software may include artificial intelligence and automated features, such as analysis, transcription, summaries, insights, recommendations, or workflow automation. You acknowledge that:- AI-generated outputs are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete
- Outputs are provided for informational or productivity purposes only
- You are solely responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI outputs
6. Voice, Audio, and Call-Related Functionality
BizMic software may allow users to process, analyze, or integrate voice or audio data, often through third-party services or customer-managed systems. BizMic:- Provides software tools only
- Does not provide voice, calling, or recording services
- Does not participate in or monitor communications
Call Recording Compliance
If you use BizMic software to record or analyze calls or audio, you agree that:- You are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consents
- You will comply with all applicable call recording, privacy, and data protection laws
- BizMic is not responsible for unlawful or unauthorized recordings
7. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to the Services. You grant BizMic a limited right to:- Host, store, process, and transmit data as required to operate the software
- Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve platform performance and reliability
8. Data Protection and Global Compliance
BizMic processes personal data in accordance with applicable global data protection laws, including:- GDPR (EU/EEA)
- UK GDPR
- CCPA / CPRA (California)
- Other applicable international regulations
- a Data Processor for customer-provided data
- a Data Controller for its own operational data (billing, marketing, support)
9. International Data Transfers
BizMic operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. We implement appropriate technical and contractual safeguards to protect data during international transfers.10. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
Some Services require payment or subscription. You agree that:- Fees are charged as displayed at purchase
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
11. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and platform content are owned by or licensed to BizMic. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BizMic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizMic shall not be liable for:- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business
- Errors or reliance on AI-generated outputs
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BizMic harmless from claims arising out of:- Your use of the Services
- Failure to obtain required consents
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
